Dear Fun Town Folks: I’d like to express my gratitude for your help putting me and my beautiful new Travel Trailer together. Two years of research and three RV shows led me to Fun Town’s website. I came to the September RV show with my short list in hand hoping to find at least one or two models displayed. Brandon and Collin were the perfect duo. They displayed and discussed in detail all the new features, packages and construction of the new 2012 Rockwood (and yes, even the colors). There was no pressure and no hard sale just information from knowledgeable sources. I was impressed and 100% confident it was the right one for my family. I left the show with no buyer’s remorse, only anticipation of owning a brand new travel trailer. Being the informed and cynical consumer I am I expected road blocks and delays when ordering a travel trailer off the manufacturing line but experienced none. You guys at Fun Town have been forthright, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, personable, and professional. We negotiated a fair price and you delivered exactly what I expected and more. Thanks for answering all of my phone calls, voicemails, text messages and emails without a hint of frustration. The trailer was actually delivered before I was expecting it, and it is….beautiful. We went on our inaugural camping trip this past weekend and it set up in no time. We made three unscheduled stops on our way home Sunday to just “show it off” and give the quick-tour to friends and family. I LOVE it and can’t wait to go again next weekend! I bought my trailer from the same place I'll have it serviced - here in Texas. I chuckle when I read representations made by out of state dealers. They would have me believe that I'll get better service from some shade-tree shop they have absolutely no vested interest in. They've only placed this anonymous party on something they call their "Service Network" list. Really - how can they supervise the service I'll receive from 1400 miles away? They can't and they won't.

I learned two things when shopping for my RV and eventually buying it from Fun Town: 1.) A dealer who uses "Wholesale" as part of their name isn't necessarily giving you a wholesale price. In fact, Fun Town's price was much lower and 2.) The word "Fun" belongs in Fun Town's name as buying my RV from them was a fun to do.

At the other dealerships I called and went to, they didn't know much about what they were selling. The Fun Town staff was extremely knowledgeable about the products they offered as well as the lifestyle they're promoting. The day I picked up my new Cedar Creek couldn't have gone smoother. Best of all, Fun Town was thousands less than the out-of-state Internet (so called "Wholesale") dealers.
