Warranty claims for quality and product defects no longer require pre-authorization from the factory before parts are ordered or repairs are completed.

• Trust-Based Repairs: We entrust your service technicians to input accurate information per flat rate code requirements in Dealer Connect.
• Expedited Parts: Parts orders will be expedited upon receipt. To receive parts at no charge, please note this on the order; otherwise, your standard mark-up will be applied.
• Seamless Payment: Submit your claim once work is completed, and we will approve the request for payment.
• Benefits for Owners: No pre authorizations required so work is completed significantly faster, parts are automatically expedited, they will be back on the road without any delays, highlights our confidence in our quality and the trusted relationship with Fun Town RV.

PRE-AUTHORIZATION EXCEPTION LIST

The following major repairs still require factory pre-authorization to determine if a repair or full replacement is necessary:

• Roof or Front Cap Replacement
• Lino Replacement
• Fiberglass Delamination
• Frame Repairs or Axle Replacement
• Complete Slide-Out Mechanism or Appliance Replacement

IMPORTANT NOTES AND REMINDERS

Coverage: Applicable to all stock and retail registered units under the 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.

• Transport Damage: Must be reported on the DAF and submitted within 60 days of unit arrival.
• Documentation: Completed diagnostic sheets must be attached to every claim.
• Ongoing Support: We will offer monthly Teams meetings and training sessions to discuss challenges and provide resources like troubleshooting videos and vendor diagrams.
