Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

6 chicken breasts<\/span><\/p>\n

1 can black beans<\/span><\/p>\n

1 can sweet whole kernel corn<\/span><\/p>\n

2 \u00bd cup salsa<\/span><\/p>\n

1\/2 peach preserves<\/span><\/p>\n

2 servings prepared rice\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Corn or flour tortillas\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

1 packet of taco seasoning<\/span><\/p>\n

Olive oil<\/span><\/p>\n

Lime wedges (optional)<\/span><\/p>\n

Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel. Cube chicken into large, bite-sized chunks and coat with the taco seasoning. Open all the canned veggies, drain, and rinse.<\/span><\/p>\n
