I recommend setting them aside and sprinkling them with granulated sugar.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Roughly chop the walnuts and season with sugar, a sprinkle of salt, and cinnamon.<\/li><li>Meanwhile, cut a large square of aluminum foil and form it into a deep baking dish. Spray generously with cooking oil.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Slice the bread and place it in the \u201cbaking dish.\u201d<\/li><li>In a bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs with the sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Pour the egg mixture over the toast to coat.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Sprinkle the diced strawberries and walnuts over the top.
