This was one is the easiest and headache free experiences we have ever had buying anything! John in sales was great and easy to work with, we never felt like he was trying to update us and we also felt he was a very honest sales person. Howard in the service department was fantastic! We probably asked him 1000 questions and he answered and helped make our walk through extremely easy. Excellent experience

Purchased a travel trailer for my parents, who were moving in from out of state. Because I live in the Austin area, I needed to do as much research as possible over the phone. Shannon and the team at Fun Town were awesome. They patiently answered all my questions (there were a lot), found the perfect trailer for us, answered more questions, worked a great deal that no other dealer could touch, answered more questions, facilitated a smooth transaction and got my parents started well. Fantastic experience!!

Everyone at Fun Town RV is fantastic. Shannon helped us pick out the perfect RV for our needs and helped answer any questions we had about the purchasing process. When picking up the RV, Howard walked us through the ins and outs of our specific RV, making sure we knew the best way to use and care for our RV. Tom in the finance department helped us understand all our options helping us make an educated choice for purchasing.
When we had questions about our RV, the service department helped us find the problem, cross checking all possibilities and made sure everything was resolved and we understood. Howard even came by to help and check in on us.

Wow. This was the best experience I’ve ever had buying an RV. Juan as our salesman was fantastic. He was informative, helpful, patient in helping us find just the right RV. Tom in finance worked his magic and helped us to secure the trailer, really, he’s a magician. Then came the day to pick up our RV and it seemed like everyone was out to help us. Howard, Rafael, Marcus, Billy and even the GM Andy stepped up in helping us move our gooseneck adapter from our old trailer to our new trailer. They took time explaining every detail of our new trailer to us. They even gave us a spot on the lot to move out of our old trailer and into our new. We really felt like everyone came together and made this such a great buying experience. 10/10 would recommend and we are already planning on buying our next RV from these folks. - Steffinie

These are pictures taken a few days ago. We are currently in Fairbanks Alaska in the process of seeing what there is to see around here. We have decided we almost hate this trailer. It has caused us to make some decisions that cause us to acquire a really large credit card bill. But we would not have it any other way. The Spartan has been fairly trouble free. It has had its share of little things that required a nail or a screw or some minor tightening on a connection. All in all it is serving us very well. Thanks for pointing us in this direction when we were shopping. Got things to go see and do. - Eddie
