On August 1st Fun Town RV opened it's doors with a commitment to provide a great product at a low price with the best customer service. Jarrod secured product lines from Forest River, a Warren Buffett-owned company and the United States largest RV manufacturer.

Fun Town RV opens a location in Houston (Wharton), Texas.

Fun Town RV opens its first location in the Houston Texas market. This location being about 50 miles away from Houston, went onto becoming the #1 selling dealer in Houston.
" A lot of people don't know this but Houston is the No. 2 RV market in the nation and we're going to be about an hour outside of town. We're starting with at store that's going to be similar to the size of the original Fun Town location in Cleburne. It's going to have about $5 million in inventory on the ground for sale the day we open with about 8 service bays in it." McGhee said.

Fun Town RV opens a location in Giddings, Texas.

Fun Town RV purchased the property of two vacant car dealerships in Giddings, TX. After a remodel, Fun Town RV opened its 5th location and second location in Central Texas.
Our fifth location, Fun Town RV Giddings is situated on a nine-acre stretch of land, allowing plenty of space for all of our awesome fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers, and more! A perfect facility for our new home, the Giddings location is located on a major highway in between the large cities of Austin and San Antonio, making it incredibly easy to get to for anyone in the Central Texas area

Fun Town RV Ranks The Top In Texas and Nationally.

Fun Town Cleburne finished No. 1 for 2015, both in Texas and nationally, while the Fun Town RV's Houston store finished No. 2 and No. 22, respectively. In addition, Fun Town Waco was No. 3 and No. 23 and Fun Town San Angelo ranked No. 6 and No. 35.
“It’s hard to wrap your head around sometimes,” said Fun Town Vice President of Sales Raul Ramirez. “Houston has only been open a year, and Waco only three years. San Angelo is probably in the smallest market of any of the top 50 dealers nationally. But the processes we have in place seem to be working.”

Fun Town RV opens a location in Denton, Texas.

Just four months after opening a seventh location,  Fun Town RV opened its eighth store.
“It’s sometimes harder for people from the north side of the Metroplex to drive to our Cleburne location,” said McGhee.  “With good traffic, you can be looking at an hour and 20 minutes. On a bad day, two hours.  We thought this location on I-35 was too good to pass up. We can offer sales and service much closer to the customer.“

Fun Town RV opens a location in Dallas (Rockwall), Texas

Fun Town RV acquires the assets of Happy Trails RV, representing the company's ninth store. “The new location, which will be called Fun Town RV Dallas, is very similar to our
recent Denton expansion,” said Fun Town RV CEO Jarrod McGhee. “With traffic, it is easily a two or two-and-a-half hour drive from our flagship store in Cleburne. We feel like with our low prices and large selection of brands, we will make a big impact in this area."

Fun Town RV San Angelo moves to new, larger location.

The new location has a more room to display the largest RV inventory in West Texas, with hundreds of new fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers and pop-up tent campers.. 

Fun Town RV becomes partners with the Dallas Cowboys.

Fun Town RV forms partnership and becomes the Official RV Dealer of the Dallas Cowboys. 

Fun Town RV partners with WinStar World Casino & Resort and opens Fun Town RV at WinStar in Thackerville, Oklahoma.

“This partnership with Fun Town RV will enable us to enhance our patron experience at the RV park,” said Jack Parkinson, WinStar’s general manager. “Whether patrons are looking for a place to stay for the night at our newly rebranded Fun Town RV Park, perform maintenance on their RV or looking to upgrade their personal RV, we will be able to accommodate thanks to the partnership.”
“Fun Town RV at WinStar will cater to those who are new to RVing as well as individuals who are already familiar with the RV lifestyle,” added McGhee. “We are known for pulling out all the stops for our customers to get them camping in as soon as 24-48 hours of their purchase.”
RV park guests will continue to enjoy the many amenities offered at the Fun Town RV Park at WinStar, including: a swimming pool, 1,400-square-foot indoor pavilion, 3,000-square-foot outdoor pavilion, playground, walking trail, business center, wireless internet, charcoal grills, shower facilities, laundry facilities and hourly weekend shuttle services to the casino.

Fun Town RV holds first DFW RV Show at AT&T Stadium.

Fun Town RV opens a new location in Mineola, Texas (Tyler).

Fun Town RV acquired the assets of Longhorn RV and opened its first location in East Texas, this location was also Fun Town's first dealership to carry Motorized RV's.

Fun Town RV opens in Conroe. This is Fun Town's second store in the greater Houston area, complimenting its Wharton, TX sister location in both product offerings and services. A 60,000 square foot climate-controlled showroom is a major highlight of this facility.

Fun Town RV opens the Customer Care Mega Center in Cleburne, TX

Fun Town RV opens the largest RV service facility in Texas, intended to increase customer satisfaction in terms of service. No appointment is necessary before 2 p.m., and customers will get same-day service, express check-in, and a staff of RV Industry Association-certified technicians, according to Fun Town RV. The Mega Center campus encompasses more than 77 acres, features a five-lane check-in, a triage area, multiple repair bays, and a state-of-the-art customer lounge.

Fun Town RV opens the Excellence Center in Elkhart, Indiana.

Fun Town RV sets up a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) shop in an 80,000-square-foot former Lippert Industries Inc. facility through which every towable unit it purchases in the future will be subjected to a rigorous inspection before being delivered to any Fun Town RV location to be sold.

 Fun Town RV's Corporate HQ & Communications Center moves to Fort Worth, TX.

Fun Town RV opens the state-of-the-art “Communications and Innovation Center” in Fort Worth, Texas. The Communications and Innovation Center was founded as a part of Fun Town’s mission to make the consumer experience better, before and after the sale. This facility houses the company’s Call Center, Internet Sales, Marketing, Training Department and Human Resources. Sr. Director of Business Operations and Communications, Kyle Perry stated, “Our customers want and deserve top-notch customer service when they invest in an RV. This facility will be laser-focused on taking care of our customers not only pre-sale but more importantly after the sale. From inbound call reps to in-house troubleshooting reps we will pave the way for our customers to stay with us for life. The new campus will hold up to 120 personnel to support our customers as they become part of the Fun Town RV family”
